Thank you for your patience through this time. The safety of our guests and our collective is extremely important to us. The following are guidelines that we have implemented to insure a safe environment and maintain an elevated experience.
- If you are not feeling well, experiencing a cough, fever, etc., or have travelled within the last two weeks, please do not come in. You will not be charged for your appointment.
- To allow for social distancing, we ask that clients do not bring unscheduled guests.
- To comply with social distancing regulations, we have configured our stylist's chairs to be six feet apart. As an added measure , we have installed partitions for added safety and comfort.
- A mask must be worn throughout the time spent in the salon. It is a form of respect, that we care enough about each others health and well being. A mask that does not cross over the back of the head would be best, especially during a color service.If you are having a color service, please bring a disposable mask with you.
- No touch check in.
- When you arrive, respond to text to let us know you are here.
Our software will prompt a message to you 30 minutes before your appointment time. We will respond with a text and invite you to enter when we are ready for you.
- All services will be by appointment only. If you are needing
an appointment, please call to book one. No “Walk-ins” will
be allowed at this time.
- Hand sanitizer will be located throughout the salon.
- We ask that you not touch surfaces unless absolutely
necessary.
- No beverage service will be provided. No magazines.
- Product sales will be handled by the stylist. If you need
something, don’t worry, we will get it for you.
- Leave unnecessary garments in your car i.e. jackets,
books, layers, etc.
- Robes will not be provided. Although we are going to be
using capes, please wear garments that you are not
concerned about getting color/hair on.
- There will be a 24 hour cancelation policy at 50% of scheduled service.
- Each station will be sanitized in between client appointments.
